Our drying equipment enjoys a unique hydraulic technology that is the result of years of research and experimentation, which will enable it to safely and profitably dry biomass material waste at any degree of humidity. Our drying system is based on the transport of moderately warm air combined with the mixing and crushing of incoming wet material.
\nThe entire operation is continuously monitored by a sensor, supplied with the drying system, which monitors the moisture content of the recirculating material until the degree set by the operator is reached. <\/span> The usually wet material (although not necessarily) feeds the mixer-crushers and is mixed with hot air from a special boiler, which can be gas or pellet fired, via the hydraulically controlled and regulated loading auger.
\nThe Bio-shredding unit is used to automatically perform the simultaneous operation of suction and transport of chips through a fixed cylindrical perforated surface, interchangeable oscillating and rotating hammers.
\nThe entire process is monitored and regulated by the control PLC in the control cabinet, the flow rates and temperatures of hot air cono managed by an Inverter that controls the main fan.
\nPneumatic transport is handled by high-efficiency Centrifugal Fans in which the material is separated from the air mixed with condensate, by means of one or more cyclones, which convey the material into the drying virola equipped with a damper for discharging the dry material into the collection container.
\nWhen the reading probe inserted in the virola, registers the presence of material having the moisture level set on the PLC, it discharges the dry product into the container.
\nThe collection container is complete with comb extractor.
\nThe speed of the movable floor, extraction auger and discharge auger is driven by a separate external hydraulic power unit.
\nAt this point, the dried material, is conveyed through the comb extractor of the container, into the mixing hopper, and then sent to the pelletizing system. <\/p>\n

The P System drying system guarantees you homogeneity of the degree of drying regardless of the moisture percentage of the incoming material.
\nThe type of drying is designed not to affect the characteristics and contents of the material.
